Before you fill in the form
Is the survey really free?
Yes. We don’t charge for the survey, and you are not obliged to work with us afterwards. It applies within Istanbul and on the Bodrum peninsula; if a travel charge arises beyond those, we tell you in advance.
How soon do I get a quote?
Within two working days of the survey we send a budget range and an indicative schedule. The detailed, item-by-item quote follows as the selections firm up.
I’m abroad — how do we run the process?
It can be run entirely remotely: a weekly photo report, a video tour and a written approval flow. For the details, see the managing from abroad page.
Can I call about a small job too?
Yes. For jobs like a single bathroom or a single kitchen refit we have fixed-price packages; they are set out on the How We Work page.
