Projects
Our projects
On every project we give the same three pieces of information: what we solved, how long it took, and how close we stayed to the budget. Everyone has nice photographs; hardly anyone has these three.
Note: The three cards below are placeholders showing how the project pages will look. They will be replaced once the photographs and figures from the real projects are ready.
[İlçe] · [m²] apartment · Full renovation
[The work done, in one sentence]
[What condition the property was in and what the owner’s problem was. Human, not technical.]
[Koy] · [m²] villa · Built from scratch
[The work done, in one sentence]
[The state of the plot, the owner being away, how the process was run.]
[İlçe] · [m²] commercial · Turnkey
[The work done, in one sentence]
[The pressure of the opening date, the licence process, how the work was got ready in time.]
What we set out on every project page
This is a record, not advertising copy. The structure is always the same:
| Section | Content |
|---|---|
| The situation | What condition the property or space was in, and what the owner’s problem was |
| What we did | The three to five most important interventions, with material and brand names |
| The difficulty | What went wrong and how we solved it. Without this section the text reads like advertising |
| The result | Duration, budget variance and the owner’s own words |
| Images | A before-and-after pair shot from the same angle, plus detail photographs |
