From abroad
It works remotely too
You live in Germany, the Netherlands or somewhere else. You have a home in Turkey and it needs renovating. But you don’t want to come for two weeks of holiday a year and spend it chasing tradesmen — and you’re right, that is not how it should be done.
Our own team does the work; you follow it through a weekly photo report, a video tour and written approvals.
The thing people fear most
Let’s be open about it: the most common story in this segment is that after a part-payment, the tradesmen and the materials disappear. We know it, because we have heard the same story many times.
Our answer is simple and in writing: we don’t take payment in full up front. Payment moves forward in stages, as the completed work is measured and you approve it. No tradesman is paid before you approve. If you prefer, we can also set the payments up as conditional through a notary.
How you follow it
- A report every Monday: photographs, what was done, what was spent, and which decision is waiting on you
- A live call whenever you ask: we call you and walk the site on screen
- A dated photo archive: everything is recorded, including what is behind the walls once they are closed
- Your reports in Turkish, English, German, Russian or Arabic — whichever is easiest
- A password-protected project panel: all documents, approvals and spending in one place
Power of attorney — what to watch for
Having work done in Turkey usually requires a power of attorney. But an unlimited power of attorney is risky. What we recommend:
- Grant it with limited authority: only permit applications, utility accounts and signing contracts with tradesmen. It must absolutely not include authority to sell or mortgage.
- Have it drawn up at the consulate, or apostilled.
- Keep the Land Registry’s SMS notification service switched on — so you hear about it if anything happens on your title deed.
- Limit its duration: the estimated project time plus three months is enough.
We don’t give you this advice so that the power of attorney ends up with us — on the contrary, it makes our own job harder. But it is the right advice.
What we take care of
Council permission, the owners’ association approval, electricity, water and gas accounts, compulsory earthquake insurance, buying materials, choosing and supervising the trades, the final clean, moving the furniture in. The house is ready to live in by the time you arrive.
If you want, we also set up a maintenance package that continues while you are away: garden, pool, irrigation, air-conditioning servicing and regular checks. That way the house is in the same condition on your next visit.

The remote management protocol
We email you the document that sets out the reporting rhythm, the approval thresholds and the payment flow.
The distance is not a problem.
We do the survey, we walk you through it on video, and you make the decisions. The survey is free.
