Disclosure and explicit consent are two separate things and cannot be combined into a single checkbox. All of the consent texts we use in the forms on this site are below.
Mandatory consent — disclosure
“Data Protection Notice” — I have read it. I agree to my personal data being processed so that you can contact me and assess my request.
The form cannot be submitted without this box ticked, because your request cannot be dealt with without processing data.
Optional consent — commercial messages
I would like to receive Ancora’s promotional, campaign and informational messages by e-mail and SMS. I understand that I can withdraw this consent at any time.
This box starts unticked and the form can be submitted with it left empty. As long as it is not ticked, no promotional message is sent to you. If you do give consent, the messages are recorded in the Turkish Message Management System (İYS) and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Additional consent for subcontractor and designer applications
I understand that the documents I upload with my application will be used solely for the pre-qualification assessment, will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after [PERIOD].
When uploading documents
Please upload only the documents asked for. Don’t send documents that aren’t needed, such as a copy of your ID or a bank statement — it is better for both of us if they never reach us.
How to withdraw your consent
You can withdraw your consent to commercial messages from the link at the bottom of every message, through İYS, or by writing to [email protected]. Message delivery stops the moment you withdraw it; this does not affect communication on an ongoing project.
