Which one are you?

Each is a different way of working: a different contract, a different payment arrangement, different expectations. Open a card and you will find that area’s full definition, its terms and its application form.

HOW IT PROGRESSES

From application to first job

All three areas follow the same route: a written application, a check, a small first job. We don’t put anyone in the pool without knowing them — the pool being closed works in your favour too.

    Application

    Fill in the form: your discipline or speciality, your capacity, your references and your documents.

  2. 02

    The check

    For a trade application we call two of your references and, where possible, visit a finished job of yours. For architect, interior architect and referral partner applications we review the portfolio and hold an introductory meeting.

  3. 03

    First job

    The first job is given at a small scale. If the result is good, your place in the pool becomes permanent and the collaboration is put in writing.

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY

Crews looking for one-off work, working without insurance, or wanting to negotiate price directly with the owner don’t fit how we run things. Saying so up front protects both our time.
